“They’re not wings… they’re sails. It’s my expression of freedom,” said Ada Da Silva, as guests admired her life-size and intimate bronze sculptures at an exclusive Art Basel exhibition on November 13, hosted by Cipriani Residences Miami and Alexandra Florida.

The exhibition featured bronze figures with sails extending from their bodies—each piece captured motion frozen in time, conveying both strength and grace. The work’s ancient, weighty medium added a haunting sense of antiquity, reflecting Da Silva’s vision.
Guests enjoyed classic Bellinis, gourmet Italian fare, and live music by Elena Romanova while exploring the thought-provoking collection.
In an interview, Da Silva discussed her artistic process and previewed pieces for her 2026 Venice Biennale exhibition. The showcase ran through December 10, offering collectors and art enthusiasts a rare opportunity to experience her work up close.
